We are super thrilled to announce that our brothers (in South African metal) will be sharing a stage with top names in the metal industry. While it is not Agro’s first time playing at the world’s largest metal festival, it certainly is the first time they’ll be sharing a stage with big names in the industry such as Machine Head, Cradle Of Filth, In Flames, Saxon and Scorpions! We can but only wish Agro the best with their journey in the UK as they will be in pursuit of a prominent label. Agro have been writing since the beginning of 2012 and a full length studio album is in the pipeline for later this year. Their new material is bound to be heavier, faster and “quite unlike anything the band has released in the past” (sic). “With this amazing news, we are unbelievably proud to have the opportunity to carry the South African flag onto the Wacken show grounds and show Europe and the international Heavy Metal community just what this country and band can do given the chance!
